COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Photographer agrees to:
If I am sick of have been in contact with a sick person, I will contact my client to postpone the session
Prior to the session, I will collect contact information and will ask screening questions, in compliance with the Provincial requirements on contact tracing and safe business operations.
I will provide hand sanitizer on site and will make sure it is used by myself and my clients before and after the session.
I will ensure the number of people present for the session does not exceed Provincial guidelines at the time of the session.
I will maintain a 2 meters (6 feet) distance between me and my clients during the session. When physical distancing is not possible, I will wear a face covering.
For studio sessions, I will only work with studios that follow strict disinfection protocols between sessions.
Any equipment that may come in contact with a client will be disinfected after the session.
Client agrees to:

I will provide contact information and will answer honestly to the screening questions asked by the photographer
I will wash my hands or use hand sanitizer prior to starting the session.
if this is a group session, I will make sure to follow the Provincial guidelines on how many people can gather in close contact (not from the same household)
I will maintain a 2 meters (6 feet) distance between me and my photographer during the session.
These guidelines have been issued by the Professional Photographers of Canada and are in accordance with the Province of Ontario.
